AussieBum Review: Fake from China!?

A few days ago I made a short video that I uploaded to my YouTube Channel about my newest addition to my wardrobe: some swimwear from AussieBum.

All in all, they feel great, are very flattering and stylish.

But there's something that needs to be said about fakes and AussieBum.

It bothers me that a factory in China has made a complete copy, 1:1 replica, of the original product. Even down to the packaging, it is the EXACT same as the originals.

How do I know this? I've ordered several pairs of AussieBum underwear in the past because of their great quality and stylish designs.

So here's my thoughts:

1. The production line for these copies is so good that they're able to completely replicate the originals

OR

2. AussieBum isn't actually making them in Australia, but rather overseas and having them shipped in.

To be honest, I don't mind if it's 2. It'd be the smart thing to do in a business sense. But IF it's true, I don't want to be told that they're 'Made in Australia' with the implied message that I'm helping local industry.

Sochi Olympics Merchandise

Okay so the Sochi Winter Olympic Games are just around the corner and everyone's gearing-up to watch the games.

What surprises me the most is that the Russians - who recently passed legislation that was blatantly anti-LGBT - have nonetheless opted for rather flamboyant and colourful attire:
